Panovia is the agent layer for AEC, built on three architectural commitments. This page exists to make journalists', editors' and conference programmers' lives easier.

Panovia is an AI-native coordination and knowledge platform purpose-built for the Architecture, Engineering and Construction sector. Headquartered with parent firm Attimo, Panovia operates under a public architectural commitment called Human-to-Agent-to-Human Governance. Every agent output cites its source, page and revision. Every external action waits on human approval. Uncertainty is surfaced rather than collapsed. The first beta cohort opens to invited firms on 8 June 2026.
The architectural argument in full sits at panovia.ai/blog/h2a2h-governance.
Human-to-Agent-to-Human Governance
Three commitments. Architectural. Non-negotiable.
Citation at source, page and revision
Every output the agent produces is anchored to the specific document, the specific page, and the specific revision that produced it. The reviewer who interrogates the answer has the source one click away.
Human approval on every external action
The agent does not file a submission, send a letter, change a record or commit the firm to a counterparty on its own. Where the agent's work crosses into the world, a human approves first.
Surfaced uncertainty, never collapsed
Where two sources disagree, both citations surface. The agent does not pick a side. The human resolves the disagreement.

The Founder
EMEfehan Maleri is the founder and CEO of Panovia and its parent firm Attimo. He is a visionary founder who built 15+ products, including a fintech powerhouse. Panovia is the operational expression of his architectural conviction that AI in regulated industries has to be built around three non-negotiable commitments rather than configurable features. He is a member of the UCL Hatchery 2026 cohort. Efehan writes weekly at thereliableknowledgelayer.substack.com and is available for editorial conversations on AEC AI architecture, audit-defensibility and regulated agent governance.

Four pieces of the same architectural answer arriving at AEC from four different industries. What AEC firms specifically inherit.
What we will not provide
Panovia does not provide inflated user counts, named cohort firm references without written agreement, unverified performance claims, or speculative roadmap material. The architectural argument is published; the cohort firms are confidential; the operational data we share is anchored to public sources. Editorial requests outside these boundaries will be declined directly, with reasons given.
