Our commitments

We will not train AI on your data. Enterprise terms exclude customer content from training. Your documents and answers are never used to improve any model.

We will not mix customer data. Each project sits in its own logical environment. Your data is never accessible to another customer.

We will not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to any third party.

How Panovia handles data

Panovia is designed for controlled project workspaces. Data handling is reviewed during implementation to ensure it meets your organisation's requirements.

Panovia works with fragmented repositories, legacy formats and imperfect inputs. It supports common project and document formats including Revit, DWG, IFC and PDF files.

Panovia can be configured to surface and apply your organisation's own standards, naming conventions and approval protocols.

Human verification

Panovia supports human sign-off at key decision points. Every external action requires explicit human approval. Semi-automation does not mean unchecked automation.

Every answer or recommendation Panovia generates includes a cited source. Teams can verify what the output is based on. There is no black box.

Compliance

Panovia complies with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, US state privacy laws, Turkey KVKK, UAE PDPL and KSA PDPL.
